High pressure will pass through the region today, keeping weather conditions quiet.

There are some lingering clouds early this morning that will exit by midday. The afternoon will have plenty of sunshine in their wake.

No precipitation is expected from any of the clouds this morning.

Winds will be from the northwest at 5-10 mph this morning. As the high pressure moves overhead this afternoon, the wind will turn calm. Southeast winds will pick up this evening, again at 5-10 mph.

After spending the morning in the 30s, the sunshine and calm winds will allow temperatures this afternoon to sneak into the low 40s. Evening temperatures will quickly fall into the upper 20s.

Friday: Periods of snow with minor accumulations. Morning lows in the upper 20s. Afternoon highs in the upper 30s.

Saturday: A few clouds early, then sunny. Morning lows in the upper teens. Afternoon highs in the low 30s.

Sunday: Lots of sunshine and much warmer. Morning lows in the low 20s. Afternoon highs in the low 50s.

Monday: Mostly cloudy but staying dry and warm. Morning lows in the mid 30s. Afternoon highs in the upper 50s.
