Governor Andrew Cuomo announced today that all SUNY and CUNY schools across New York will move to a “distance-learning model for the rest of this spring semester” because of the Coronavirus outbreak.

According to Cuomo, this will help reduce density and the spread of the virus.

Campuses will not be closed however, as plans are being developed to ensure that learning continues.

More information will be released on a later time.
