Earlier today, Representative Anthony Brindisi announced that he was in contact with Congressman McAdams last week, who recently tested positive for COVID-19.

Brindisi stated that his top priority is to keep the community safe. That’s why he decided to self-quarantine until Friday, March 27th.

According to Brindisi, he is not exhibiting any symptoms. He will be teleworking from home and will remain in close contact with local, county, state, and federal officials to coordinate a response to the growing pandemic.

"I will never stop fighting for Upstate New York and will continue working to ensure our community has the resources we need,” said Brindisi on a Facebook post. "I urge everyone to follow guidance from the CDC and other health experts so we can fight this global pandemic."
