NYS High School Regents Exams are canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic

The New York State Regents Exams have been canceled for the month of June due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Board of Regents Chancellor Betty Rosa made the decision this morning. 

Rosa stated that more details are expected to be released tomorrow (Tuesday, April 7th). 

The New York State Education Department issued a press release this morning, stating how the Board of Regents has recently provided several changes and regulations to make it easier for teachers and students to learn and teach during the COVID-19 pandemic.
