Your Cortland County weather forecast for Wednesday, April 15, 2020:
A cold airmass originating from Canada will only intensify further today following the passage of subtle cold front last night.
The front has long since cleared out of the region and skies will be a mix of sun and clouds in its wake.
A few late afternoon flurries will move in with no real snow accumulations taking place. The snow showers may become steadier for a couple hours this evening with a light coating possible.
High temperatures will struggle to get much warmer than 40 degrees, and some hilltops may not even reach that. Evening temperatures will fall back through the 30s.
West and northwest winds will blow at 7-12 mph with gusts approaching 30 mph. Lighter winds are expected during the evening.

Friday: More clouds than sun. Morning lows in the mid 20s. Afternoon highs in the low 40s.

Sunday: A good deal of sunshine. Morning lows near 30. Afternoon highs in the low 50s.
