On April 25, 2020 at approximately 1:40 AM, Officers of the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office responded to a personal injury motor vehicle crash that had occurred on Pendleton Street near Ahrens Road, in the Town of Cortlandville.
19 year-old Michael W. Davis was travelling north on Pendleton Street in a 2018 Subaru when he drove off the road rounding a curve, struck a culvert pipe, rolling the vehicle on its side. Mr. Davis was found to be intoxicated. He was arrested, processed, and later released.
Two passengers in the vehicle with Mr. Davis were transported to Cortland Guthrie Medical Center, by TLC ambulance, for treatment of minor injuries. Mr. Davis was uninjured in the crash. Mr. Davis is scheduled to appear in the Town of Cortlandville Court on May 11th 2020 at 2:30PM.
