Another weak disturbance will move towards the region late today, but for the most part, the weather will be much quieter than the last couple days.

The best chance for sunshine will be this morning before clouds gradually increase through the midday and afternoon hours.

A few scattered rain showers will become possible in the afternoon. Any rain that falls will be light and some areas will probably not see rain at all.

Winds will be primarily be from the west with speeds up to 15 mph through the early afternoon. Peak gusts will be around 35 mph.

The wind will lessen and may turn more northerly late in the day.

High temperatures will reach the upper 40s with evening temperatures staying near or above 40 degrees.

Wednesday: Partly cloudy. Morning lows in the upper 20s. Afternoon highs near 50.

Thursday: Increasing clouds with afternoon showers. Morning lows in the low 30s. Afternoon highs in the mid 50s.
