Item #1 - Consideration of a Resolution to allow licensees that sell food and beverages, to do so in approved public areas adjacent to their businesses.  Businesses will be required to submit diagrams of how the area will be structured, and plans to monitor the safe use of public space.  The Mayor reserves the right to revoke approvals if there are public safety or other strong concerns.  (Mayor Tobin)

The city council is asked to approve the following requests:

1. 14 Main Street (known as the pocket park)
2. The multiuse right of way alley between 31 and 33-35 Central Avenue
3. The closure of Haskell Place behind 54-60 Main Street (Downtown Deli and Brix)
4. The closure of the east end of Clayton Avenue from the intersection to the entry to the U.S. Postal service building”
