The Cortland County Sheriff’s Office is looking for the Public’s help in regards to locating a run-away 17 year old female.
On July 26th 2020, Officers from the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office began investigating a reported missing run away complaint involving 17 year old Shaila Paniagua. It is believed that the juvenile ran-away from her home with her boyfriend, Camerion J. Boda (DOB: 05/10/2001). Ms. Paniagua was last seen at her home in the Village of Homer around 8:30 PM on July 26th 2020.
Ms. Paniagua’s current location is unknown at this time and this investigation is still on going. Ms. Paniagua could possibly be in the Ithaca, Lansing, or Cortland area. At this time the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office has no reason to believe that Ms. Paniagua is in danger, and this Office is requesting any assistance from the public in locating her.
Ms. Paniagua’s description is as follows:
- Hispanic female
- 17 years old
- reddish brown curly hair
- brown eyes
- 5 feet 6 inch tall
- approximately 180 pounds.
Last seen possibly wearing black leggings.
