Cortland County Sheriff’s Office Still Looking for Missing Teen

The Cortland County Sheriff’s Office is still looking for missing teen Shaila Paniagua.

On July 26th 2020, Officers from the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office began investigating a reported missing run away complaint involving 17-year-old Shaila Paniagua.

Ms. Paniagua was last seen at her home in the Village of Homer at around 8:30 PM on July 26th 2020, according to a previous press release from the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office.

The Cortland County Sheriff’s Office has no reason to believe that Ms. Paniagua is in danger, according to their previous press release. The office is requesting for any assistance from the public in locating her.

Ms. Paniagua’s description is as follows:

  • Hispanic female
  • 17 years old
  • reddish brown curly hair
  • brown eyes
  • 5 feet 6 inch tall
  • approximately 180 pounds.

Last seen possibly wearing black leggings.
