High pressure passing through the area has our area off to a chilly start, but temperatures will bounce back for the afternoon.

Skies should have plenty of sunshine throughout the day. A few thin clouds will mix with some small fair weather clouds from time to time.

Wind speeds will be around 5 mph, primarily from the southwest or south. Top gusts on the day will only be around 15 mph.

The southerly flow and sunshine will cause temperatures to quickly rise this morning and into the afternoon. Look for afternoon highs to reach the mid 70s.

Skies will remain a mix of clear conditions and a few thin clouds. Temperatures will fall back through the 60s and into the upper 50s.
