Item #5 – Consideration of a Resolution authorizing the issuance of up to $2,500,000 in tax anticipation notes of the City of Cortland, Cortland County, New York in anticipation of the collection of real estate taxes to be levied by the City of Cortland, Cortland County for its fiscal year ending December 31, 2021. Item #6 – Consideration of a Resolution to approve the transfer of $7,000.00 from Wastewater Savings ER&R to the Capital Account H-8197-541500 INDIG (IND Digesters Phase III), to cover the Cedarwood Engineering and E-Process invoices from 2019-2020 for work on the biogas generator. Item #7 – Consideration of a Resolution to accept, recognize and appropriate a $1,000.00 donation to the Cortland 9/11 Memorial Foundation from John Brown. (Start time- 0:55:30)

Item #8 – Consideration of a Resolution to accept a Fire Prevention and Safety Grant through the assistance to Firefighters Grant Program in the amount of $32,000.00 with a required match of $1,000.00 which will be paid with a donation from Cortland Produce.
