Today may be a Halloween like no other, but the weather will be fairly normal for the end of October.

High pressure is passing through the region and will keep skies mostly sunny throughout the day. Tonight, clear skies will continue with an illuminating full moon.

Winds will be nearly calm this morning as the high passes through but will turn to the south behind the high for the afternoon. Daytime wind speeds will be around 5 mph. The wind will increase tonight, with evening winds near 10 mph and speeds near 15 mph by dawn.

The south winds and sunshine will help temperatures bounce back from a chilly start with highs in the mid 40s.

Temperatures will fall back into mid and low 30s this evening before rising a few degrees after midnight. The increasing wind and cool temperatures tonight will cause the wind chill to drop into the 20s.

Sunday: A little early sun, then turning cloudy with afternoon showers. Breezy. Morning lows in the low 30s. Early afternoon highs in the upper 40s, but late afternoon temperatures drop to the low 40s.

Monday: Windy and cloudy with snow showers, especially in the morning. Morning lows in the upper 20s. Afternoon highs in the mid 30s.

Tuesday: Flurries early, then some afternoon sun. Morning lows in the low 30s. Afternoon highs in the upper 30s.

Wednesday: Sunny and breezy. Much warmer. Morning lows near 30. Afternoon highs in the upper 50s.
