Whereas, Common Council accepted the Mayor’s 2021 Water Fund Tentative Budget on October 6, 2020, and
Whereas, Common Council adopted its Proposed Water Fund Budget on November 3, 2020, and
Whereas, A Public Hearing was held on the Water Fund Proposed Budget on November 3, 2020.
Therefore, Be It Resolved that the City of Cortland Common Council adopt its 2021 Water Fund Proposed Budget of November 3, 2020 as the 2021 Adopted Water Fund Budget.
Item #5 – Consideration of a Resolution to Adopt the 2021 Wastewater Fund Budget. (Start at 0:18:36)
Whereas, the Mayor filed his 2021 Wastewater Fund Tentative Budget with Common Council on October 6, 2020 and
Whereas, Common Council accepted the Mayor’s 2021 Wastewater Fund Tentative Budget on October 6 2020, and
Whereas, Common Council adopted its Proposed Wastewater Fund Budget on November 3, 2020 and
Whereas, A Public Hearing was held on the Wastewater Fund Proposed Budget on November 3, 2020.
Therefore, Be It Resolved that the City of Cortland Common Council adopt its 2021 Wastewater Fund Proposed Budget of November 3, 2020 as the 2021 Adopted Wastewater Fund Budget.
Item #6 – Consideration of a Resolution pursuant to Paragraph 5-31 of the City Code to authorize a 2021 Special Wastewater assessment in the amount of $785,000 levied in accordance with Local Law 6 of 1982 to be applied to debt services and cause this Resolution to be published in the City’s official newspapers.
