PRESS RELEASE
On March 7th, 2021 at approximately 6:38 PM, Officers with the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to a personal injury automobile accident on Lower Cincinnatus Road in the Town of Cincinnatus. Through the investigation, it was determined the operator, Anne Redmond was driving while intoxicated failed to keep right in the roadway and struck a guide rail.
The defendant was arrested, processed and released on appearance tickets. Ms. Redmond is due to appear in the Town of Cincinnatus Court on April 7th, 2021 at 7:00 PM.
