The Sole Member and the Board of Directors of the Cortland Tobacco Asset Securitization Corporation (the "Corporation") will be conducting their respective annual meetings beginning at 1:00 p.m. on March 24, 2021 via teleconference by calling into the following telephone number: (646) 992-2010, and entering access code 715 491 208 when prompted.
Given the ongoing COVID-19 public health crisis and pursuant to Governor Andrew M. Cuomo's Executive Order 202.1, as extended from time to time, suspending certain requirements of the Open Meetings Law, and Executive Order 202.15, as extended from time to time, authorizing public meetings to be held remotely through the use of telephone conference or video conference, the aforementioned meetings will be held via teleconference and the Corporation will not be able to accommodate any in-person public attendance or participation at these meetings.
These meetings are annual meetings. This notice is given in order to comply with the Open Meetings Law.
