COVID-19 Vaccination Appointments Available: See if You're Eligible

The Cortland County Health Department in partnership with Guthrie Cortland Medical Center and SUNY Cortland are pleased to announce two large vaccination clinics being held this week for all eligible populations. We received 1,600 doses from New York State for this week. The first clinic will be held on Wednesday, March 24th from 12-6pm and the second clinic will be on Friday, March 26th from 9am-4pm. All eligible people in the 1A and 1B category, including anyone age 50 and over, any adult with an underlying condition, healthcare workers, teachers, law enforcement, nonprofit and public facing employees (full list here: https://covid19vaccine.health.ny.gov/phased-distribution-vaccine), are encouraged to sign up for these clinics. Please share this information with friends and family, as we encourage all eligible Cortland County residents get vaccinated as soon as doses are available.

Proof of Eligibility for age and NYS residency:

  • NYS Driver’s License or non-driver ID

Proof of Eligibility for 1B and 1A Employees:

  • Acceptable forms of proof include an employee ID card, a letter from an employer or affiliated organization, or a paystub, photo ID or professional license.

Proof of Eligibility for Co-Morbidities:

 

Do not come to the clinic if you are currently feeling ill,if you are currently awaiting COVID-19 test results, in isolation because of COVID-19 diagnosis, or if you are in quarantine because of travel or recent exposure.
