Fugitive In Custody
Matthew Perry of Homer was captured this morning, and he is in custody. We (the Cortland Voice) are waiting to hear more, and then we will share the information with the community. We made the announcement on social media this morning close to 8am, after getting confirmation from the Cortland Police Department.
