The Cincinnatus Varsity Track & Field team competed in the OHSL Patriot American Championships this week. The Lions competed against six other teams (Tully, Fabius-Pompey, Onondaga, DeRuyter, Bishop Grimes, and Faith Heritage). Here are the results and highlights of both the Cincinnatus boys’ and girls’ teams.

Highlights:
- Cincinnatus’ 4x800 meter relay team- Elijah Cree, Colton Maroney, Cason Stafford, and Calib Baker placed 2nd. (Time- 11:17.58)
- Cincinnatus’ 4x100 meter relay team- Jack Gates, Domanik Scutt, Domnick Landers, and Owen Delepine came in 1st place (Time- 51.16)
- Tyler Liddle- placed 3rd in 400 meter dash (Time- 58.20)
- Tyler Liddle - placed 2nd in the high jump event (Result- 5’6”)
- Domnick Landers- placed 4th in 100 meter dash (Time- 12.31)
- Cason Stafford- came in 4th in 3,200 meter run (Time- 11:31.56)

- Cincinnatus 4x100 meter relay team- Brooke Finn, Justice Crane, Shailynn Davis,and Alayna Holtmart came in 3rd (Time- 1:00.31)
- Cincinnatus 4x400 meter relay team- Peyton Stith, Ariahna Metzler, Emma Finch, and Alayna Holtmart placed 2nd (Time- 4:51.65)
- Justice Crane- placed 4th in the discus throw event (Result- 70’9”)
- Justice Crane- came in 1st in the high jump event (Result- 4’6”)
- Justice Crane- finished 1st in the shot put event (Result- 26.6.5)
- Shailynn Davis- placed 4th in the high jump event (Result- 4’0”)
