Cortland Weather Outlook: Monday, June 14

Your Cortland County weather forecast for Monday, June 14, 2021:

A weak area of low pressure will meander eastward across Canada just to the north of Lake Ontario and New York State today.

This will result in some unsettled weather, though it will be far from a washout today.

Scattered showers and a few storms last night will depart the region early this morning. Any lingering showers should end by 8 or 9 AM at the latest.

Some sunshine should come out during the latter half of the morning and will mix with clouds through the afternoon.

A couple lingering showers will stick around early in the evening with mostly cloudy skies through the overnight.

Temperatures will warm into the low and mid 70s this afternoon with west winds around 10 mph. Tonight, temperatures will quickly drop through the 60s and into the 50s for most of the overnight.
