Father’s Day will be a summery day with just a small chance for a brief shower or storm.

Some areas of fog this morning will quickly burn off. Most of the rest of the day will be a mix of sunshine and clouds.

The chance for a stray shower or storm will come in the mid to late afternoon. Most areas will not see any rain, and those that do should only see a brief interruption to their day.

Steady southwest winds will blow at 5-10 mph with gusts of 20-25 mph. 

Those winds, and the sunshine, will ensure temperatures rise into the low 80s this afternoon. It will also be increasingly muggy with dewpoints rising through the 60s.

Temperatures will drop into the low 70s this evening, and then into the upper 60s overnight. Skies will remain partly cloudy with little to no chance for rain.

Thursday: Mostly sunny. Morning lows in the upper 40s. Afternoon highs in the mid 70s.
