Your Cortland County weather forecast for Wednesday, August 4, 2021:
Our new pattern of dry, quiet weather will continue today as high pressure remains parked overhead.
There is an area of low pressure over the Mid-Atlantic that is spreading some thin clouds into the area this morning. These may filter the early sunshine at times before they pull off to the east.
Fair-weather clouds will develop during the latter half of the morning and persist through the afternoon. As usual, they will dissipate late in the day, leaving mostly clear skies for tonight.
