Cortland Weather Outlook: Saturday, October 9

Your Cortland County weather forecast for Saturday, October 9, 2021:

A large weather system over the Great Lakes will drift eastward today while high pressure remains entrenched over New England. This will lead to more clouds and an increasing southeast wind.

There will be some breaks of sun from time to time today, but clouds will be more plentiful. This will especially be the case in the afternoon and evening hours.

Rain is generally not expected today, though a stray shower cannot be totally ruled out. The best chance for a couple showers will be during the evening and overnight period.
