The #1 seeded Cincinnatus Lions defeated the Town of Webb (9th seed) with a score of 8-0 in the Quarterfinal round of the Section III Class D Sectional Tournament on Friday.
The Lions took a quick 3-0 lead at the end of the first half. Cincinnatus went on to dominate the second half, and they extended their lead by 5 more goals to get the shutout win.
Cincinnatus was led by Cason Stafford (3 goals & 1 assist), Jordan Larrabee (2 goals & 2 assists), Scott Schuyler (2 goals & 1 assist), Tyler Liddle (1 goal), Dominick Landers (1 assist), and Caleb Baker (1 assist).

The Lions will play against DeRuyter (4th seed) in the Sectional Semifinals on Wednesday (October 27th). The game is scheduled to kickoff at Mexico High School (neutral site) at 5pm.
