PRESS RELEASE
On November 17, 2021, New York State Police at Homer, with the assistance of the Troop C Computer Crimes Unit and the Troop C Forensic Identification Unit arrested Lee A. Webster, age 66 of Cortland, NY for the felonies of Promoting a Sexual Performance by a Child and Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child.
Webster is accused of possessing and sharing images of a sexual performance by a child less than 16 years of age. He was arrested after an investigation stemming from a cyber tip received by the New York State Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
Webster was processed and later transported to Cortland County Central Arraignment and Processing.
