Here is a breakdown of COVID-19 numbers in Cortland County from Nov. 30 to Dec. 3. It is based on recorded information from the Cortland County Health Department.
On Friday, Dec. 3, the county reported 162 active positive cases and six current hospitalizations. Since Tuesday, Nov. 30, there have been 111 new positive cases (38% increase in that span), six new hospitalizations, but no new deaths.
As of Dec. 3, there have been 7,084 total positive cases, 6,835 recovered cases, 351 compiled hospitalizations and 87 deaths (46 of which are nursing home deaths) in the county.

Up until Dec. 3, 26,105 residents in Cortland County are fully vaccinated, which accounts for 62.5% of the population in the county.
