Item #9 – Consideration of a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to sign an amendment to a 2018 agreement with Chobani of New Berlin NY setting terms for acceptance of waste acid whey at the price of $0.045 per gallon. Such acceptance can be used to cover any shortfall in feedstock that may be occasioned by Byrne Dairy’s facility retooling in summer 2022. (Bruce Adams)

Item #10 – Consideration of a Resolution to allow the mayor to enter into a contract with Empire State Development to accept a grant that is a 20% match for the Parker School Early Education Center. There is a maximum value of this grant of $500,000. (Mayor Tobin)

Item #11 – Consideration of a Resolution to authorize the Mayor to enter into Supplemental Agreement #2 for Phase I of the Gateway Project. (Nic Dovi)

Item #12 – Consideration of a Resolution to authorize Superintendent of Public Works Nic Dovi to enter in agreements with the following vendors. They are for service agreements we currently utilize on a regular basis. (Nic Dovi)
