Cortland County officials will distribute COVID-19 test kits (county residents only) through a drive-thru event this Saturday at the Cortland Junior-Senior High School (8 Valley View Dr. in Cortland), according to a news release from the county.
County officials will distribute the test kits starting at 4 p.m. The distribution continues until the test kits are gone, the release states.
Test kits will be limited to one box per vehicle (each has two test kits), release states. Residents must bring photo identification to the drive-thru event for proof of residency.
According to the release, county officials are asking residents through the drive-thru event to “please follow the traffic signs, stay in your vehicle and follow the loop around the entire parking lot (of the high school).”
“To minimize any traffic jams, there will be one way in-and-out of the parking lot for this event,” the release concludes.
