Another arctic cold front will be poised to the north today but will not drop south until the overnight. Instead, it will be a pleasant day by January standards.

A few flurries will be possible this morning, especially early on. Anything that falls should be light with no accumulation.

Clouds will gradually break up somewhat, allowing a mix of sun and clouds for the afternoon.

Light south winds will blow at around 5 mph. While not overly strong, combined with the sunshine, the winds will push temperatures upward.

Afternoon highs should reach the mid and upper 30s. Evening temperatures will retreat to the upper 20s, though some colder pockets will be possible early on if some clearing in the sky cover persists.

Clouds will increase overnight, and some snow showers will arrive. Little to no snow accumulation is expected. Temperatures will begin to fall, reaching the low 20s by Friday morning.

Saturday: Sun and thin clouds. Morning lows near or colder than -10. Afternoon highs just above zero.

Sunday: Mostly sunny. Morning lows near -10. Afternoon highs in the low 20s.

Monday: Snow possible. Morning lows in the upper teens. Afternoon highs in the mid 20s.
