Cortland County announces more COVID-19 test kit distribution sites

More COVID-19 at-home test kit distribution sites have been announced that will take place throughout Cortland County.

The town and village of Homer will be distributing test kits this Saturday from 8-10 a.m. at the town hall on 31 N. Main St. Vehicles will be directed by village police to enter the town hall drive-thru on Main Street, and exit behind the town hall building. Boxes will only be distributed to town and village residents, and residents are required to provide proof of residency.

The town of Cincinnatus is distributing test kits this Saturday from 8-10 a.m. at its town hall. The towns of Willet and Freetown will hand out test kits on Saturday from 10 a.m. to noon at their respective town halls.

The town of Taylor has its test kit distribution this Sunday from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at its town hall.

The village of McGraw will be distributing test kits during its normal business hours at its village hall. The village hall is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. every day. Village officials are asking residents to call ahead if they are planning to pick up a test kit.

The towns of Virgil and Harford will be distributing test kits during normal business hours of their respective town halls. Virgil town hall is open Monday through Friday (9 a.m. to 3 p.m.) and Saturdays (10 a.m. to noon). Harford town hall is open Thursdays (5:30-7:30 p.m.) and Saturdays (9-11 a.m.).

Test kit boxes are limited to one family or vehicle, based on the setup of each distribution site. Each box contains two COVID-19 tests.
