As of April 17, there have been 10,918 total positive cases, 633 total hospitalizations and 116 deaths in the county. According to the state’s COVID-19 tracker, the 7-day average for percentage who test positive and cases per 100K is 9.7% and 37.9, respectively.
According to the county health department’s COVID-19 update for the week of April 11-17, there were 194 positive cases and four hospitalizations.
As of April 10, the percentage of county residents fully vaccinated is over 59.3%, with 62.5% of residents that are 5 years-or-older reported as fully vaccinated. Additional county numbers show that 56.9% of county residents are fully vaccinated with a booster shot.
