The Marathon Olympians competed in a dual meet on Monday against Groton and Whitney Point.
Here are the team results as well as some individual highlights of both the Marathon varsity boys and girls track & field teams:

Highlights
- Matthew Puhlmann placed 3rd in the 100 meter dash (Time- 15.03). He also came in 4th in the shot put event (Result- 24’0.25”).
- Hashem Alalaweyat came in 2nd in the 800 meter run (Time- 2:55.39).
- Christian Baez placed 4th in the 800 meter run (Time- 3:54.11). He also placed 2nd in the discus throw event (Result- 76’01”) and 3rd in the shot put event (Result- 26’03.5”).
- Conor Holland won 1st place in the 200 meter dash (Time- 25.11) and the high jump event (Result- 5’10”).
- Matthew Puhlmann came in 4th in the 200 meter dash (Time- 31.14). He also placed 6th in the discus event (Result- 53’07”).
- Hashem Alalaweyat placed 6th in the 200 meter dash (Time- 32.90).
- Justin Baez placed 2nd in the shot put event (Result- 29’09”). He also placed 5th in the discus event (Result- 59’0”).

Highlights
- Natasha Seib placed 5th in the 100 meter dash (Time- 16.27).
- Sarena Eaton placed 6th in the 100 meter dash (Time- 16.64).
- Rylee Thomas won 1st place in the 1,500 meter run (Time- 6:54.24). She also came in 3rd in the 800 meter run (Time- 3:25.69).
- Larina Cochran came in 2nd in the 1,500 meter run (Time- 7:10.24).
- Addison Oram won 1st place in the 400 meter dash (Time- 1:08.68) and the high jump event (Result- 4’5”).
- Anna Hoyt came in 2nd in the 400 meter dash (Time- 1:19.48) and the high jump event (Result- 4’2”).
- Nora Prestigiacomo placed 3rd in the 400 meter dash (Time- 1:25.96).
- Abigail Edsall came in 3rd in the 400 meter hurdles (Time- 1:51.66).
- Abigail Trabucco came in 1st in the 800 meter run (Time- 2:42.83) and the pole vault event (Result- 7’06”).
- Shaelin Phillips placed 2nd in the 800 meter run (Time- 3:08.87). She also placed 5th in the triple jump event (Result- 23’10”).
- Sophia Hansen placed 3rd in the 800 meter run (Time- 3:31.09). She also tied for 4th place in the high jump event (Result- 3’10”) and came in 6th in the triple jump event (Result- 22’10.5”).
- Megan Howard placed 2nd in the shot put event (Result- 20’05.5”) and the discus throw event (54’05”).
- Avalon James tied for 4th place in the high jump event (Result- 3’10”).
