McGraw woman faces misdemeanor charges for injuring child

A Village of McGraw woman was arrested on April 28 after she allegedly got into a physical altercation with and injured a minor, according to a Cortland County Sheriff’s Office report.

The incident between Dusti Millard, 38, and the minor took place the evening of April 27. Millard was arrested during the afternoon of April 28.

Millard has been charged with endangering the welfare of a child, criminal obstruction of breathing and third-degree assault – all misdemeanors.

Millard was arraigned, released on one’s own recognizance and is now scheduled to appear in the Town of Cortlandville court on May 11.
