The weather will continue to be quiet though there will be a few changes from yesterday’s weather.

First off, the steady northwest winds from Saturday will be replaced by nearly calm winds today. What little wind there is will come in from the south.

Just getting rid of the northwest winds will lead to a rise in temperature. Even after a chilly start well into the 40s this morning, afternoon highs will top out in the low to mid 70s this afternoon.

There will also be more in the way of cloud cover today. At first, the clouds will remain scattered and will not block much of the sun. But through the afternoon, the clouds will increase, and the day may end overcast.

Mostly cloudy skies will persist into the evening before breaking up some overnight.

South and southeast winds will increase to around 5 mph after sunset.

The clouds and winds will keep temperatures warmer tonight, with evening temperatures falling through the low 60s into the upper 50s. Overnight lows will be in the mid 50s.

Here is a look at the weather for the next few days:

Monday: Sun and clouds. Morning lows in the mid 50s. Afternoon highs near 80.

Tuesday: Periods of rain. Morning lows in the upper 50s. Afternoon highs in the upper 60s.

Wednesday: Sun and clouds. Morning lows in the low 50s. Afternoon highs in the low 70s.

Thursday: Sun and clouds. Morning lows in the mid 50s. Afternoon highs near 70.
