The 16th annual Marathon Community Scholarship Foundation’s 5K run/walk For The Scholars will be held this Saturday.
The starting point of the race will be on 1 E. Main St. in the village, with the race itself beginning at 9 a.m. The deadline to register is 11:59 p.m. Friday.
The cost to participate in the event is $25. The funds raised from the event will go toward the Marathon Community Scholarship Foundation’s annual $2,500 scholarship, as well as other scholarship-related funds.
