With a stalled out weather pattern with only weak atmospheric features, the weather today will be very similar to yesterday.

Sunshine this morning will mix with fair weather clouds as temperatures rise. By the afternoon, the clouds will have grown large enough for a few scattered showers.

Most of the rain will remain light and brief, and some areas will be missed by the rain altogether. Overall, most of the afternoon will be dry in any given location.

Winds will remain weakly out of the east and southeast. Wind speeds will be under 5 mph and top gusts will be under 15 mph.

Temperatures will rise to around 80 degrees by the early afternoon, then stay around that through the afternoon.

This evening, any lingering rain showers will quickly dissipate, and skies will clear. Temperatures will drop through the 60s with overnight lows in the mid and upper 50s.

Here is a look at the weather for the next few days:

Wednesday: Sun and clouds with some showers. Morning lows in the upper 50s. Afternoon highs in the upper 70s.
