A handful of 9/11 memorial ceremonies will take place in the area on the 21st anniversary this Sunday.
The local events are as follows:
Cortland – 8:30 a.m. at Courthouse Park (off of Church Street)
(The Cortland Voice will be live streaming this ceremony on Sunday)
Homer – 8:30 a.m. at the 9/11 Memorial Monument, next to the Homer Fire Department on South Main Street
SUNY Cortland (presented by SUNY Cortland EMS) – 7-8:30 p.m. at the Corey Union Steps on campus (If raining, the ceremony will move indoors to the Corey Union Function Room)
