Today will be a rather cloudy, gray day as the remains of Hurricane Ian spin northward, butting up against high pressure that will slowly retreat from the area.

Between these two systems, northeast winds will blow at speeds of just over 5 mph today. Top gusts will remain under 20 mph.

The clouds will be thick throughout much of the day. A few showers may sneak in as well from time to time. It should not be a washout by any means, though.

The thick clouds and northeast winds will hold temperatures to around 60 degrees this afternoon.

No significant change in the weather is expected for the nighttime hours except a decrease in the already low rain chances. Otherwise, it will remain cloudy.

Evening temperatures will drop through the 50s on their way to an overnight low in the mid 40s.

Here is a look at the weather for the next few days:

Sunday: Morning clouds and gradually increasing sunshine. Morning lows in the mid 40s. Afternoon highs in the low 60s.

Monday: Sun and clouds. Morning lows in the mid 30s. Afternoon highs in the upper 50s.

Tuesday: Sun and clouds. Morning lows in the mid 30s. Afternoon highs in the upper 50s.

Wednesday: Sun and clouds. Warmer. Morning lows in the upper 30s. Afternoon highs in the mid 60s.
