A city of Cortland man was arrested for driving while intoxicated following a car accident, according to a New York State Police report.
Jason S. MacHenry, 47, got into a car accident on Route 41A in the town of Sempronius (Cayuga County).
Once state troopers arrived on scene, MacHenry was found intoxicated. He was arrested and charged with a DWI while operating a vehicle with blood-alcohol content greater than .08%.
MacHenry is slated to appear in Sempronius town court on Feb. 8.
