With this win, Cincinnatus improved to a 3-13 record.

“This was definitely one of the best games we’ve had since last season,” said Cincinnatus senior Tucker Latta.

The Lions were led by John Schuyler (15 points), Canden Stafford (13 points), and Tucker Latta (9 points).

Brookfield was led by Bryce Smith (19 points) and Drake Alsante (4 points).

“I was encouraged by what I saw,” said Cincinnatus Head Coach Jim Halstrom. “We are going to go to sectionals even though our record doesn’t show that we are that good, but we played well tonight. We played together, and I was really happy with what we did.”
