Marathon High School Presents 'Young Dracula, or The Singing Bat' by Tim Kelly

The Marathon High School Drama Club is presenting "Young Dracula, or The Singing Bat" by Tim Kelly this week at Marathon High School.

According to the poster above, “this comedic play centers around the plight of the castle of Dracula as it falls into financial ruin and is in danger of being foreclosed upon. A group of high school students backpacking through Europe stumble upon the castle hoping for a place to stay. Bill Dracula’s descendant and manager of the family’s affairs, is hoping to find the money to save the castle.”

Showtimes are at 7 p.m. both Thursday (March 9th) and Friday (March 10th), as well as at 12 p.m. on Saturday (March 11th).

The play is co-directed by Roseanne Holland and Dan McConnell.

According to the Marathon Central School District website, tickets can be purchased in advance at the main office of Appleby Elementary or the High School. Tickets can also be purchased at the door. Ticket prices: $7 for adults, $5 for senior citizens, and $3 for students.
