The bus consisted of 22 students from the CECSD junior-senior high school and the driver. Students were transported to the junior-senior high school and evaluated by the school nurse, but once again no injuries were reported.

“I am grateful for the medical personnel and law enforcement staff and supporters who arrived on scene to support our students this morning,” Edwards said. “Despite the accident, the scene was orderly and calm, and much of the credit for that goes to the professionals who arrived to serve our community. Thank you all.”
