High pressure will pass through the area today with sunny, but cool weather.

Some morning clouds will hang around the early morning before dissipating, leaving sunny skies for most of the rest of the day.

Late in the afternoon, some thin clouds will start to filter in from the west. These will increase during the evening with partly to mostly cloudy skies throughout the nighttime hours.

A steady northwest wind will blow in the wake of yesterday’s cold front. Morning wind speeds will be 10-15 mph, dropping to 5-10 mph by the latter half of the afternoon. Top gusts, during the morning, may approach 30 mph.

Temperatures will be below average and much colder than yesterday with highs only managing the mid 30s. Evening temperatures will quickly fall into the mid 20s.

As the clouds increase tonight, winds will also turn around to the south-southeast. After nearly calm wind speeds early on, wind speeds will work back to near 10 mph after midnight.

Temperatures will start to warm, and by Monday morning, should be around 30 degrees.
