Some changes will start to show up in the weather today, though it will still be plenty warm.

Clouds will be more plentiful today than in previous days, especially during the afternoon hours. At times, the skies may be overcast, while at other times, some sun will shine though.

There will also be a chance for a few afternoon showers. These will come late in the day and will be quite scattered. Not all areas will see rain, and even those that do should only see light amounts.

The showers will dissipate as the sun sets, leaving partly to mostly cloudy skies overnight.

Temperatures will be held a few degrees lower than recent days but will still be twenty to twenty-five degrees above average. Look for early afternoon highs in the mid and upper 70s.

Light south and southeast winds will blow with speeds around 5 mph. These winds will persist into the nighttime hours.

Evening temperatures will gradually drop through the 60s and into the 50s with an overnight low in the low and mid 50s.

Here is a look at the weather for the next few days:

Sunday: More clouds than sun. A few afternoon showers. Morning lows in the mid 50s. Afternoon highs in the low 70s.

Monday: Cloudy with showers. Morning lows near 50. Afternoon highs in the mid 50s.

Tuesday: Cloudy with showers and maybe some early flurries. Morning lows in the mid 30s. Afternoon highs in the mid 40s.

Wednesday: Morning clouds. Afternoon sun. Morning lows in the low 30s. Afternoon highs in the upper 40s.
