High pressure is in firm control of the weather, and temperatures will be a bit warmer today than yesterday, despite a frosty start.

Skies will be sun-filled and blue today from start to finish. Clouds will be nearly or completely absent throughout the day and nighttime hours.

Winds will be light, peaking during the afternoon from the north at just over 5 mph. Top gusts on the day should be around 20 mph.

Temperatures will rise steadily this morning and will reach a high in the mid 60s.

Clear skies and calm winds will send temperatures quickly falling into the 40s this evening. Overnight lows will be in the upper 30s and low 40s. A couple cold pockets may see a little frost, but most areas will stay frost-free.
