Unsettled weather over the Mid-Atlantic and Ohio-River Valley will spread some thin clouds into the area today, but no rainfall.

Thin clouds will be most plentiful this morning and may limit the amount of sunshine that filters through the clouds.

During the afternoon, there is a greater chance for the clouds to break up or at least thin enough to allow more sunshine through. Still, at times, the amount of cloud cover may fluctuate.

Light and variable winds this morning will consolidate to a north wind at around 5 mph this afternoon.

Despite these factors, temperatures should add in a few more degrees today compared to yesterday. Look for highs mostly around 80 degrees.

Tonight, the chances for clear skies will continue to increase. Winds will be light and variable once again.

Temperatures will drop to the upper 50s in the evening and to a low around 50 degrees overnight.

Here is a look at the weather for the next few days:

Monday: Sun and a few afternoon clouds. Morning lows near 50. Afternoon highs in the mid 80s.

Tuesday: Sun and a few afternoon clouds. Morning lows in the low 50s. Afternoon highs in the low 80s.

Wednesday: Sun and a few afternoon clouds. Morning lows in the low 50s. Afternoon highs in the mid 80s.

Thursday: Sun and clouds. Morning lows in the mid 50s. Afternoon highs in the mid 80s.
