High pressure to our east will continue to keep our weather warm and dry today.

Like recent days, expect plenty of sunshine today with just a few small clouds here or there, mostly during the afternoon.

There also may be a slight haze from some wildfire smoke originating in eastern Canada, though the bulk of the smoke is expected to stay to our south.

Temperatures will be warm again with highs reaching the low and mid 80s. It will remain a dry heat, with dewpoints between 45-55 degrees yielding relative humidity values between 25-40 percent.

Winds will be light from the south this morning with speeds up to 5 mph. During the afternoon, the wind will be light and variable, if not completely calm at times.

Clear skies will continue through the overnight with south winds near 5 mph returning.

Evening temperatures will slowly fall through the 60s and overnight lows should end up in the mid 50s.

Here is a look at the weather for the next few days:

Thursday: Sun and a few clouds. Morning lows in the mid 50s. Afternoon highs in the mid 80s.
