A City of Cortland man was arrested on Monday in connection to being in possession of $500 worth of drugs, according to a report.
The Cortland County Sheriff’s Office report stated that Daniel B. Turner-Rogers, 33, stole items from the Walmart store in the town of Cortlandville.
While being arrested, Turner-Rogers was in possession of five grams of fentanyl in 50 glassine envelopes, a street value of $500.
Turner-Rogers was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance (a Class-B Felony) and petit larceny (a Class-A Misdemeanor). He was arraigned, processed, released and now due to appear in Cortlandville town court on June 26.
