Another frontal boundary will cross the region today with a few more sporadic showers.

While it may rain at almost any time today, the mid to late afternoon will be the most favored time for precipitation.

Even during this time, the showers will remain scattered and not all areas will see rain. A few of these showers may have a brief downpour and a couple of claps of thunder.

All in all, most of the time, it will not be raining. Individual showers should be short lived.

Clouds will be plentiful, especially through the morning hours.

Winds will be from the northwest until they turn to the north late in the afternoon. Wind speeds will be low, generally at or around 5 mph.

Afternoon highs will work their way into the mid 70s with dewpoints in the low 60s.

Tonight, clouds, a few showers, and some drizzle will persist. Evening temperatures will fall back to around 60 degrees with overnight lows making it down into the mid 50s.
