Woman arrested for being parked in roadway (County Sheriff)

A woman was arrested earlier this week for being parked in the roadway, according to a report.

The Cortland County Sheriff’s report stated that Julie M. Conners, 34, of Homer, had her car parked on Riley Road in the town of Cortlandville. Operating the vehicle, Conners was driving while intoxicated.

Conners was arrested on Sunday (Nov. 12) and charged with DWI and for being parked on a highway. She was processed, released and now due to appear in Cortlandville town court on Nov. 27.
